Care Essential registration fee includes a choice of either one free mental wellness session or one free blood profile test and Care Premium registration fee includes one free wellness session as well as one free blood profile test.
* Doorstep Delivery of Necessities:
This includes only medicines and groceries. Deliveries can be made only through our network partners. Cost of purchase to be borne by member on actuals.
** Ambulance Assistance:
In case of emergency we will assist you in availing ambulance service either from a third-party service provider or preferably from hospitals. In Care Lite and Care Essential packages, members will have to bear the charges of the ambulance on actuals. In Care Premium Package, we will bear the ambulance charges upto 01 time per month.
*** Pathology Assistance:
Our caregivers will assist members to book appointments and collect reports on their behalf. For Care Lite and Care Essential members, there will be a cost for availing this service, while for Care Premium members the service will be free for up to 03 times per month. However, charges for the pathology tests are not included and are to be borne by all members on actuals.
Care Lite and Care Essential packages do not include services like Out-of-Home Assistance, Hospitalization / Discharge Assistance, Ambulance Assistance and Pathology Assistance. However, members can still avail these services by paying an extra charges.

Process Application
Based on the collected information, you will receive on-boarding instructions and payment details. Once completed we will process the information and prepare to initiate services.
Initiate Services
Once your application is processed our caregiver will visit the member with welcome kit. Demonstration, as required, will be provided and the services will begin.
